Our Policies & Your Data
We do accept returns. Please contact us within 7 working days of your purchase and ensure the item is posted back to us within 14 days. In the event that you have changed your mind, you will need to fund return postage. We will refund items once they have arrived back with us. Please ensure items are packaged properly and returned in their original condition, as failure to do so would impact your return refund.
In the event that a product arrives with you damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging, the item and contact us as soon as you can to discuss a remedy. We want you love your purchase, so will do all we can to ensure a fair and reasonable response.
Product Order Cancellations
We do accept order cancellations up to the point of dispatch. Please email us to organise this. Once items have been dispatched we cannot cancel the order. Please see above for return information.
Custom items & commissions are excluded from this and require a non refundable deposit to cover time and resources.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If you have made a whoopsie, please let us know prior to dispatch so we can amend this. In the event that you have provided an incorrect address and your item has already dispatched, we are not liable for any financial losses, but we will do our absolute best to find your product and get it to you.
Up front payment is always taken for commission work. This will cover initial concept generation, revisions, consumables and deliverables.
Katie Thomas owns complete copyright to all designs until the point at which a formal agreement is made and signed to detail the purchase or licensing of deliverables.
Further terms and conditions are detailed in our agreement, which will be emailed before works begin.
You may cancel at any point up to when your commission begins. Once work has begun on your artwork, payments made are non refundable. This covers time and any reasonable losses suffered as a result of your cancellation.
For detailed information on how your data is used, please refer to Direct Gov for GDPR laws. We do not hold personal information, other than what is required in order to deliver our design service. This is all in line with GDPR requirements.
